Final Year BA Broadcast Production student at Queen's University Belfast (Graduation July 2020). I have experience working across TV, Radio & Digital Platforms. Currently, I'm working with goQRadio as a technical operative, interning at Crawford McCann in their development team & producing a weekly student focussed news programme on Blast106.

I also sit on the RTS Futures NI committee, and work with the UK Student Radio Association as their Northern Ireland Regional Officer. Through both of these positions I regularly organise events and workshops for young people to engage them with the Radio & TV industries.

From June 2018 - June 2019, I was the Station Manager of Queen's Radio, this followed a year as the station's Deputy Head of Online Content, while with the station (September 2017 - June 2019) I produced & presented a weekly news chat show and produced various specialist news programmes & classical music shows.

I have experience working in small production studios, live broadcast environments and on-location shooting for both video and radio production. Between April & September 2018, I was a Production & Camera Assistant for Airborne Lens. I have gained experience working with; BBC Rewind, Radio Clyde News, ITV Daytime, STV Productions & STV Glasgow.


Awards & Nominations:

  • In July 2018 & July 2019, I was the recipient of the Queen's Foundation Scholarship for top academic success in subject.

  • In the QUBSU Awards supported by Dominoes 2019 I was the recipient of the President's Award and Queen's Radio won Society of the Year.

  • In April 2019 I was nominated for an all-Ireland USI Award for Commitment to Student Radio.
